Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Edit Benchmark Attributes

Use these steps to edit benchmark attribute options or values.

The data in the Benchmark Attributes grid on the Programs Overview tab is refreshed every time you display or refresh the view so when you edit a benchmark attribute, the change is seen the next time you view the Programs Overview tab.

To edit benchmark attributes:

  1. In the Navigation pane, under Settings, click Benchmark Attributes. If you do not see this menu option, you may not have rights to it.
  2. In the Benchmark Attributes view, click the Options hyperlink for the attribute you want to edit.
  3. On the Edit Attribute dialog box, edit the information as needed.
  4. Click Save.
    If needed, Touchstone reorders the list from the lowest value to highest value when you click Save.
